The uniqueness of our company radiates through 64 separate community banks and bank operations located in seventeen states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
Each of our community banks is guided by a local board of directors and a bank president drawn from the community. This formula allows each bank to develop its own individual culture and operational independence. Each community bank is small, which permits timely and individual service to our customers. Nevertheless, each bank is big in that it can draw on the strength of our community bank partnerships in order to provide larger lending capability and specialized service for a particular customer need.
Unlike large financial institutions, which are in the business of developing products which are then marketed to their customer base, our banks are in the business of satisfying the needs of our customers by utilizing custom-tailored solutions. Our business is professional service, not sales through mass marketing.
