LANSING, Mich., and PHOENIX, Ariz.: Nov. 1, 2006: Capitol Bancorp Limited (NYSE:CBC) will be a featured presenter at the Mid-Atlantic SuperCommunity Bank Conference in Philadelphia on Monday, November 6.
Michael M. Moran, Capitol Bancorp's chief of capital markets, will provide an overview of the company's unique operating model, financial performance and strategic growth initiatives to institutional investors, high net-worth individuals and analysts from leading investment banks.
Capitol Bancorp, a community bank development company with 49 separately chartered banks located throughout the country, recently reported third quarter earnings approximating $10.8 million. The Corporation also announced a dividend payment of $0.25 per common share, marking its 57th consecutive quarterly dividend payment. Capitol Bancorp has opened eight community banks during 2006 and currently has applications pending for four de novo banks in California, Colorado, Ohio and Washington.
