LANSING, Mich., and PHOENIX, Ariz.: Nov. 21, 2006: Capitol Bancorp Limited (NYSE:CBC) will be a featured presenter at the Friedman Billings Ramsey 2006 Investor Conference in New York on Tuesday, November 28.

Cristin Reid English, Capitol Bancorp's Corporate President, and Michael M.
